The Foundation recently partnered with Amazon Smile. It gives our supporters an additional way to donate to the Sweet Pea Foundation. Amazon Smile is a simple and automatic way for you to support a favorite charitable organization every time you shop, at no cost to you. When you shop at smile.amazon.com, Amazon will donate a portion of your purchase price to the Sweet Pea Foundation.
On your first visit to smile.amazon.com, you’ll need to select The Sweet Pea Foundation from a list of charitable organizations before you begin shopping. Then .5% of all eligible purchases will benefit the Foundation.
The Foundation has several donors who give to the Foundation through United Way of America. United Way is the nation’s largest charity. It offers donors the opportunity to designate a gift to a specific agency like the Sweet Pea Foundation. Giving through United Way enables donors to take advantage of payroll deduction, which is a convenient way to give.
The Foundation regularly receives donations that are matched dollar for dollar by the donor’s company. This is a wonderful way to maximize your donation to the Sweet Pea Foundation. Check with your company to see if it offers matching gifts to charities.
