Grace was born on All Saints Day, the day before All Souls Day. The exact date was November 1, 2002. In the Catholic faith, the month of November is considered a time to remember all those who have passed away. To pray for the souls who have left this earthly life.

I am saddened to share with you news that
Pete's brother Rob passed away on October 17th. He had battled an illness that caused his body to fail and consequently took his life. He was only 47.

We know that Rob is now with his niece Grace in heaven. They will continue to look down on us and guide the Sweet Pea Foundation. In the coming months we will be deciding how best to utilize memorials donated to the Foundation in memory of Rob, so that we can best honor him and his life. He was a loving son, brother, friend and a wonderful uncle, Uncle “Goofball”, and we will all miss him immensely.

Thank you for your continued support of the Sweet Pea Foundation. We are only able to accomplish the work that we do for sick children because of the generous support we receive from donors like you.

In peace,

Pete and Suzanne Letherman
